Designed by Ellis F. Lawrence and originally built in 1913 for the Troy Laundry Company, this building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. In partnership with Soho House, AJ Capital thoughtfully completed the property restoration in 2024. Soho House Portland features interiors that complement the building’s original industrial elements, such as exposed brick and concrete columns.
