AJ Capital Unveils Luxury Residences at Belle Meade Village

Nashville-based AJ Capital Partners revealed new details and renderings surrounding the luxury residences at the forthcoming Belle Meade Village, a 15.5-acre mixed-use development on the site of Harding Pike’s former Kroger.
The Residences at Belle Meade Village will comprise of two boutique residential buildings with around 80 for-sale units combined, according to a release.The two residential buildings will include over 16,000 square feet of amenities, such as a pool with private cabanas and a 5-acre park with gardens.
The buildings will also offer a library, piano room, screening and listening rooms, golf simulator, whiskey and cigar rooms, as well as a private Mahjong room. Wellness features include a gym, pilates studio, sauna, spa, cold plunge, salon and private treatment room.


New York-based Meyer Davis is designing the project. The firm, led by Nashville resident Will Meyer, has done several local boutique projects, but this will be its first condo building in Nashville.
Most recent plans for the development include four residential and retail buildings, including 78 hotel rooms and 388 residential units, and smaller retail buildings fronting Harding Pike.
