Featuring top-notch wellness amenities and loads of green space, the transformed Belle Meade Village is set to become Nashville’s most exclusive, boutique residential development.
The team behind the new Belle Meade Village, which includes Meyer Davis, Fridrich & Clark Realty and AJ Capital, is deeply rooted in the community’s history and has drawn inspiration from it for the new mixed-use development at Belle Meade Village. Two boutique residential buildings are surrounded by a private five-acre park, a lush greenway, and an upscale retail village with seven buildings arranged around a central courtyard, anchored by an antique carousel.

1 Iris Lane, the two 46-unit buildings offer spacious layouts for one- to four-bedroom homes that average 3,200 square feet, designed by the New York and Nashville-based, globally renowned firm Meyer Davis. “Our inspiration is founded in the beautiful workmanship and craftsmanship you see throughout equestrian culture. We’ve taken that heritage and brought it forward through thoughtful detailing and materiality,” says Will Meyer, Principal and Co-Founder of Meyer Davis Studio.
Extensive amenities include a library, golf simulator, wine and cigar rooms, as well as private Mahjong and Poker rooms. Wellness amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, cold plunge, sauna, Pilates studio, and private saltwater pool with cabanas.

The outdoor green spaces are a focal point of the project, continuing the wellness theme through extensive gardens and the restoration of Richland Creek, which will be part of the development and includes a new greenway that residents will have access to.
This “is an unprecedented development,” says Steve Fridrich, President and Managing Partner of Fridrich & Clark Realty. “We have not seen anything like it in Nashville, more so in the whole Southeast,” he explains. “The location plays a major role in why this whole development will be a success,” adds Fridrich. Projected for completion by 2028, sales are off to a brisk start already, and 1 Iris Lane is poised to transform the storied location with an inspired new place in the city’s history.
